I am using the following settings for µTorrent
Type: socks4
Proxy: localhost
Port: 9050
I happen to have been identified and reported to my carrier. Are these
setting wrong?
In advising me of such my carrier wrote:
Excerpt from complaint:
---
IP Address, Date and Time, Title, Filename, Protocol
XX.153.14.153,20090913080231,13 Sep 2009 08:02:31,The Soloist ,The Soloist
2009 NL2Lions-Team,BitTorrent,
IP address: XX.153.14.153
Distribution found at: 13 Sep 2009 08:02:31 Title of file: The Soloist
Filename: The Soloist 2009 NL2Lions-Team File sharing network: BitTorrent
I here have replaced the first two numbers on my IP with XX. I would
appreciate an advisory as to any setting correction.
Taking this time to thank you for your assistance.
