Thanks so much. After many hours - success. I remove Vidalia from Startup,
rebooted and was able to delete the folders.

You didn't mention what operating system you're using, but I will assume
the answer is Windows.
First, make sure Vidalia, Privoxy and Tor are not running when you try to
run the uninstaller. You can verify this by looking at Task Manager and
making sure vidalia.exe, privoxy.exe and tor.exe are not there. If any of
those are running, the uninstaller will not be able to remove everything
successfully. You might also make sure your user has Administrator
privileges when trying to remove some of the application folders.
