The only way to figure out why it's failing is to do the following:

Using Finder, go to /Applications/Utilities, double-click Terminal.
Once in Terminal, type:

cd /var/log; tail -25 install.log

And then look for lines of text that include the word "Error".  Select
those lines with your mouse, copy and paste them into an email to here.
